Accurate Tax & Financials grew out of a long-established Union tax practice. When owner Dwight Russell took it over, he kept its experienced preparers and its loyal clients — and added year-round bookkeeping, payroll and tax resolution services for the area’s small businesses.
Today we serve families and business owners nationwide: virtually, wherever you live, or in person at our office on Morris Avenue in Union, NJ, minutes from Route 22 and the Garden State Parkway.
Tax law changes every year. Our preparers complete continuing education every season so your return reflects the current rules.

Documents are exchanged through an encrypted client portal, and we follow IRS data-security requirements for tax professionals.
Our accuracy guarantee
We pay penalties and interest caused by our preparation errors.
If a mistake we make in preparing your return leads to IRS or state penalties and interest, we pay those penalties and interest.
- Covers returns prepared by Accurate Tax & Financials.
- Does not cover the tax itself, which you would have owed anyway.
- Does not cover errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided to us.
- Contact us as soon as you receive a notice, so we can review it and help resolve it.
